What's included?
The adult Japanese afternoon tea set includes:

4x large roll sushi - wrapped in nori (seaweed)

4x small 'inside-out' roll sushi decorated with black sesame

Edamame (soybeans) in the shell sprinkled with sea salt

Gari (pickled ginger)
Then we get to the sweets...

A generous slice of Japanese matcha roll cake - a light and delicate sponge combined with green tea flavoured cream
